Merchant of Record

All purchases on Unask are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund transactions on our behalf. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Refund Eligibility

All purchases are eligible for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a refund and it will be processed without conditions.

Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Failed Simulations

If a simulation fails due to a technical error on our end and does not produce usable results, the credit will be automatically restored to your account. If this does not happen automatically, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Paddle's support team using the link in your payment confirmation email, or email us at bessl.framework@gmail.com and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
